CENTRIFUGES
THE TWO-STAGE CENTRIFUGE WITH PULSATING DISCHARGE IS A TWO-STAGE CHEMICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT DESIGNED TO SEPARATE THE SUSPENSION INTO SOLID AND LIQUID PHASES UNDER THE ACTION OF CENTRIFUGAL FORCE.
Our centrifuges are designed for continuous operation in fully automatic mode. The robust construction guarantees, in addition to reliable operation, a long service life of the machine.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The slurry is fed into a rapidly rotating drum through a special distribution device. Under the action of centrifugal force, the product is separated into solid and liquid phases, resulting in the formation of a cake (dehydrated product) and fugate (removed liquid). The filtered cake is held on the slot screen of the basket as a sediment and, due to the oscillatory movements of the pusher, is gradually transported to the unloading zone. The filtered mother liquor is removed from the centrifuge casing to the mother liquor receiver via a hydro-mechanical cyclone. During operation, the largest part of the liquid (approximately 80%) is filtered out in the loading area of the basket of the first stage, the second stage of the centrifuge provides an overall increase in machine productivity by up to 25%.
